摘要
采用正庚烷溶剂沉淀和 1%H2 O -Al2 O3 吸附色谱法将沥青分成饱和分、芳香分、胶质和沥青质 4个组分。通过对沥青老化后组成与使用性能的考察 ,得出了二者的变化关系。沥青老化时 ,饱和分减少且几乎不变 ,芳香分和胶质减少 ,沥青质明显增加 ,主要变化的组分是胶质和沥青质 ;同时 ,软化点近似呈线性形式上升 ,针入度近似呈指数形式下降 ,延度降低。沥青质含量高的沥青 ,软化点高 ,针入度小 ,延度低 ;胶质使沥青具有良好的塑性和粘附性 ,并提高延度 ;饱和烃和芳香烃影响沥青的低温延度和粘结性。可为高等级道路沥青分析。
The asphalt was divided into four fractions by alumina containing 1% water used as adsorbent liquid adsorption chromatography with normal n -heptane precipitation, they were saturates, aromatics, resins and asphaltene. The transformative relationship that the composition of asphalt influences on use characteristic of asphalt could be educed by observation, that is, when asphalt ages, saturates hydrocarbon decreased little and aromatics and resins decreased, whereas asphaltene increased evidently. Aromatics and resins change considerably in their composition. Meanwhile, softening increased in the light of line, penetration decreased in term of index, and so does ductility. The asphalt containing more asphaltene had higher softening,smaller penetration and lower ductility. Resins make asphalt good plasticity and adhesiveness. Saturation and aromatics affect the ductility of asphalt at low temperature. Thus it is the key to the analysis, production and other techniques of high grade paving asphalt.
