摘要
腰轮流量计是目前原油输送过程中精确度高、使用较广的一种计量器具,介绍了腰轮流量计的结构、工作原理,分析了该流量计在原油外输计量及检定中出现的问题,以及在检定流程设计安装、四通换向阀漏失、介质粘度变化对检定结果的影响,并根据实践经验提出了具体建议。
Roots flowmeter is a kind of PD flowmeter widely used in the metering of crude oil with a high accuracy. The paper introduces the structure,operating principle of this flowmeter and its advantages and shortcomings. The problems existed in the metering and calibration of crude oil transportation for this kind of flowmeter are discussed. Also,the process design,Calibration and installation of the flowmeter, the leakage of cross valve,the influence of variation of viscosity to calibrated results are analyzed,The suggestions to improve the metering accuracy and regular maintenance are put forward.
