不动管柱换层堵水工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对机械找、堵水施工后换层需再次上作业和封隔器多级使用无法逐级验证封隔器及管柱的密封性等问题 ,研究开发了不动管柱换层堵水工艺技术。它通过自验封封隔器和液控找、堵水开关器等井下配套工具 ,组配成机械找、堵水工艺管柱 ,实现了不动管柱换层和逐级验证管柱及多级封隔器的密封性能的工艺 ,提高了机堵工艺的有效率和可靠性。介绍了该技术的组成、原理、主要技术参数。 This paper presents a water shutoff technology for different zones on one trip,which resolves the problems,such as the requirement for another trip,the self-testing sealing of the packer when used multi-staged,and the sealing of the string.The mechanical water shut-off string consists of a self-testing sealing packer and a hydraulicaly controlled valve.It can shutoff water in different zones on one trip,makes verification of the sealing performance of the string and multi-stage packer step by step.It improves the efficiency and the reliability of the water shutoff.This paper chiefly describes the composition,principle,main technical parameters and field application of the technology.
