摘要
通过复制家兔动脉粥样硬化(As)模型,初步探讨实验前、后家兔 LPL 活性及其与病理变化的关系。同时检测了血脂水平。实验组 PH—LPL 活性于实验后4周开始降低,尤以13周为明显(P<0.01);13周时成活的11只兔中,有8只主动脉呈现不同程度的病变(霞度4只,中度1只,轻度3只),且与 PH—LPL 活性呈负相关(r_s=-0.685,P<0.05)。PH—LPL 活性差值(与实验前);重度>0.965mmol/L/h,中、轻度0.820~0.540mmol/L/h,<0.300mmol/L/h 为As 病变较难形成,因此,PH—LPL 活性在估计主动脉病变的有无和程度上有一定意义。
The ralationship between LPL activity and pathologic changes before and after the experiment was preliminarily investigated through experimental atherosclerotic rabbits.The blood lipid level was also measured through- out the study. In the experimental group the activity of PH-LPL began to decline in the fourth week after the begining of the experiment and changed signifi- cantly(P<0,05)in the thirteenth week.In the thirteenth week,8 of the 11 survived rabbits showed pathologic changes of varied degrees in the aorta. A significant negtive correlation(r=-0.685,P<0.05)was demonstrated be- tween the severity of pathologic changes and PH-LPL activities.Compared with the measurements done before the experiment,the study showed a dif- ference of PH-LPL activity greater than 0.965mmoIL/h in the cases with severe pathologic change and 0.620~0.54Omml/L/h in those with moderate and mild pathologic changes.Those with PH-LPL activity difference less than 0.300mmot/L/h did not show the formation of atherosclerosis in the aorta.The results suggest that PH-LPL activity might have the value to es- timate the existance of atherosclerosis and its severity.
