光源光谱对光纤法布里珀罗应变传感系统的影响 被引量:25

摘要 从多光束干涉的基本原理出发 ,分析了光源光谱对光纤法布里珀罗应变传感系统的影响。通过分析发现光源光谱的高斯分布会使光纤法布里珀罗应变传感系统产生测量误差 ,并从理论上推导出了这种误差的计算公式 ;通过计算机仿真发现光源的影响使应变测量结果出现了连续周期性的跳变 ,并通过实验验证了这种变化规律。 Based on the theory of Fabry-Perot, the influence of light source on optical fiber F-P strain sensor system has been analyzed. The stress was put on the optical spectrum of light source, and the periodical jumping phenomenon of the output of the system was observed. The computational simulation and the experiment were comparatively done on this phenomenon, and the results were coincident well to each other.
