摘要
液压游梁式抽油机是结合液压抽油机与常规游梁式抽油机优点而研制的一种新型抽油机。根据液压游梁式抽油机的工作特点 ,建立了其机构模型 ,给出了悬点位移、速度、加速度的计算公式 ,可以作为改善抽油机运动特性和优化设计抽油机机构的理论依据。对液压游梁式抽油机的运动特性进行了分析 ,结果表明 ,液压游梁式抽油机悬点运动速度近似为匀速直线运动 ,有效地减小了悬点的动载荷 ,可满足采油工艺对有杆抽油设备提出的长冲程、低冲次。
The hydraulic beam pumping unit is a new-style pumping unit that combines the advantages of both the conventional beam pumping unit and the hydraulic pumping unit. Based on working characteristics of hydraulic beam pumping unit, a mechanism model is established and equations for computing the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the polished rod are presented. The kinetic characteristics of the polished rod are analyzed. The analytic result shows that, the motion of the polished rod is approximately a kind of uniform motion, and this can reduce the dynamic load on the polished rod. The hydraulic beam pumping unit can meet the demands for rod pumping with long stroke, low pumping speed and large displacement, and can save energy greatly compared with the conventional beam pumping units.
