摘要
利用改进的碳化法制备了文石型碳酸钙晶须 ,讨论了温度、MgCl2 浓度、初始pH值、CO2 的流速、搅拌速度对文石晶须制备的影响 ,并探讨其影响机理。采用高倍显微镜 -计算机联用技术和X射线衍射技术进行产品形貌观察和晶型分析。实验结果表明在一定温度下的稳定反应体系中 ,维持较低的碳酸钙过饱和度 ,保证其成核与生长的分离可制备出均一的文石晶须。其工艺条件为pH值维持在 9左右 ,反应温度为 70℃ ,CO2 流速为 4 .5ml/ (min·gCaO) ,搅拌速度为 2 5 0r/min。
Aragonite whisker was synthesized by introducing CO 2 into mixture suspension of Ca(OH) 2 and MgCl 2. The effects of reaction temperature,concentration of MgCl 2, pH value of the initial suspension, flow rate of CO 2, and agitation rate on polymorphs of calcium carbonate were investigated. The acting mechanism of the factors was discussed. The hyphenated technique of microscope-microcomputer was used to examine the morphology and microstructure of the products. X-ray diffraction analysis was used to identify the phase composition. The results showed that the uniform aragonite whisker can be prepared in a stable system at a given temperature and keeping lower super saturation to assure the separation nucleation from growth. The optimized processing parameters are pH=9, 70℃, flow rate of CO 2 is 4.5 ml/(min·gCaO), and agitation rate is 250 r/min.
