摘要
公司并购是一项复杂而且风险较大的业务 ,如何确定并购中所能产生的协同价值 ,是目标企业价值评估的关键 .因此 ,找到一种合适的计算并购协同价值的方法 ,对兼并双方而言 ,都十分重要。本文采用FCFF方法 ,通过对其各项指标进行适当的调整 。
Corporation merger and acquisition are very complex and risky. How to calculate the synergistic gains in the corporation merger and acquisition is a key factor to evaluate the current value of target firms. Therefore, it is important to find a proper method to calculate them, which is very important to both sides. This paper applies FCFF and adjusts many indictors to calculate the synergistic gains in the corporation merger and acquisition.
