摘要 随机扩增微卫星 DNA多态标记是在微卫星 DNA基础上衍生出的一种新型分子标记。它综合了微卫星 DNA和随机扩增多态 DNA( RAPD)两种标记的优点 ,可用来快速检测动植物群体的遗传变异及分离新的微卫星 DNA。本文介绍了随机扩增微卫星 DNA多态标记的种类及其应用。 Random Amplified microsatellite Polymorphisms(RAMPs) is a new DNA molecular marker, which was developed on the microsatellite DNA markers. RAMPS combines the advantages of microsatellite markers and random amplified polymorphism DNA(RAPD), and it can be applied for quick detection of genetic variation in animals and plants and new microsatellite DNA isolation . In this paper, the type and Application of RAMPs were reviewed.\;
