摘要
本文从企业家的历史地位和作用出发 ,阐述了培育企业家市场的必要性 ;分析了我国目前企业家的现状 ,进而指出培育和建立成熟的企业家市场的必然性 ,提出了在知识经济时代企业家必须重新自我塑造和改造。
The paper states the necessity of fostering a market of entrepreneurs through looking back the status and the role which entrepreneurs played in the history. It analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurs in our country, and points out that to cultivate and set up entrepreneurs' market is necessary in the age of knowledge economy.
