摘要
小偃6号和兰粒麦有17种氨基酸;兰粒麦的蛋白质氮和氨基酸总量均高于小偃6号。二者有8种脂肪酸,以亚油酸含量最高,占65%以上。含有7种维生素,水溶性的尼克酸和尼克酰胺类维生素是主要成分;兰粒麦中脂溶性维生素K为小偃6号的2倍。有21种矿质元素。
Xiaoyan No. 6 and blue grain Xiaoyan wheat have seventeen ami-noacids, blue grain Xiaoyan wheat are high than Xiaoyan No. 6 in thecontents of nitrogin of protein and aminoacid. They contain eight fattyacids, the content of linoleic acid is main (65%). There are sevenvitamines, water-soluble vitamine nicotinic acid and nicotinamide aremain. They have 21 mineral elements.
