当归花药的发育

摘要 观察了当归花药的发育,主要结果为,花药4室,其壁的发育属双子叶型。小孢子母细胞的减数分裂为同时型,四分体正四面体型。从小孢子母细胞减数分裂开始到小孢子由四分体内脱离,规律性地出现胼胝质的沉积,二细胞花粉阶段的生殖细胞一度也具胼胝质壁。成熟花粉为三细胞,表而具脑皱状纹饰,长球形,按NPC系统其萌发孔为345型。腺质绒毡层,每细胞一般具2核。花蕾外形与花药发育进程之间有一定的相关。 The anther development of Angelica sinensis has been observed. Themain results are as follows: The anther is tetrasporangiate and its walldevelopment conforms to the Dicotyledonous type. Simultaneous cyto-kinesis in the microspore mother cells follow meiosis and the microsporetetrad is the tetrahedral. From meiotic initiation of PMC to the pri-mary stage of microspore releasing from the tetrad, callose can be seendeposited regularly. Generative cell has a callosic wall some time in 2-celled pollens. Mature pollen grains are 3-celled when shed, they areprolate in shape with cerebroid sculpture and 345 apertures accordingto the NPC system. The tapetum is glandular type and tapetal cellcontains 2 nuclei generally. To some extent, the outer morphology offlower bud has something to do with inner anther development.
