电液伺服驱动的连铸结晶器激振系统研究

摘要 针对传统的连铸结晶器激振装置存在的缺点 ,提出采用电液伺服驱动连铸结晶器激振系统 ,可方便地实现计算机控制和管理 ,并能根据连铸工艺要求很方便地改变振动波形 ,有效地改善控制精度 ,提高铸坯质量。 In this paper,a continuous casting mold oscillation driven by electron hydraulic servo is proposed because the traditional mold oscillation device has many defaults.The proposed oscillation can be controlled and managed by computer easily and parameters can be changed in line according to the continuous casting technological requirements. As a result the controlling precision is improved and the slab quality increased significantly
