摘要
大学城是以大学为主体 ,主要由企业投资 ,政府协调、指导 ,采取市场化运作、产业化经营、社会化服务模式的一种组织形式 ,是高等教育与社会经济协同发展的枢纽。
University town is an organizing form centered around the university, invested by the enterprises, regulated and instructed by the government. It operates according to three principles: marketization, industrialization, and socialization, thus becomes the co\|developing hub of higher education and societal economy.
