摘要
针对广东省及珠江三角洲的实际装机及SO2 排放情况 ,提出相应的减排计划。
According to the actual electric power generation units installed in Guang Dong province and Pearl River Delta,corresponding deduction plan and suggestions on governmental policy are proposed.
