Knowledge management means improving emergency and innovation capacity by means of knowl- edge share and collective wisdom.Knowledge managementis a new developmentand distillation of information management.As a human knowledge treasure-house,the main contents of library knowledge managementare listed below as knowledge innovation management,knowledge applied management,knowledge spread man- agement,knowledge market managementand human resources management.The realization of library knowl- edge management may be achieved by establishing chief knowledge office ,together with option and apply of appropriate and advanced information technique as the basis.
