摘要
本文介绍一种研究牙轮钻头破岩机理的新型试验设备和试验方法。这套由微机控制和测量数据的试验机与国内外现有的钻头试验架有所不同,能更真实地模拟实际钻头牙齿破岩时的运动和动力状态,更精确地测定试验过程中的各项动态参数以及它们之间的对应关系。文中给出了用本试验机在钻头结构、钻井条件、岩石性质等参数的不同组合时进行破岩试验的大量实例和试验结果分析。这些试验研究证明这套新型试验装置工作可靠,操作方便、数据测量精度高、试验结果正确可信。
A new kind of test equipment and a method for rockbreaking mechanism of a roller bit are introduced in this paper. Ihe equipment controlled by microcomputers and used for measuring data is different from any present bit test equipment in its working mechanism and construction. It can be used to simulate the motion and dynamics of bit teeth during the breaking of rock more realistically, and to measure the dynamic parameters more exactly while the test is going on, and the corresponding relationship between them. Some examples and the analysis of test results are also presented in this paper. It is shown through the tests that the new test equipment is reliable and convenient to operate, and that the data measured are exact and the results tested are believable.
