摘要
目的 研究苦参在动物体内的抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用小鼠口服灌胃和体外培养法 ,对小鼠S180 肉瘤 ,艾氏腹水癌 (ECA)进行体内外抑瘤实验。结果 体内实验组动物肿瘤明显减小 ,在剂量为 10 g/kg时 ,抑瘤率为 42 .0 8%。体外培养在剂量为 2 0 0 μg/ml时 ,对瘤细胞生长抑制率为 66%。 结论 体内和体外实验结果均证明苦参有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective This paper is aimed at investigating the antitumor effects of sophora flavescens ait (SFA) in vivo.Methods The tests were performed on the murine sarcoma S 180 model and ECA in vitro by means of using SFA and cultured in vitro.Results The tumors in animals treated with the dose of 10g/kg in vivo were reduced remarkably,the inhibition rate being 42.08%.The rate of inhibiting tumor cells was 66% when the dose of 200μg/ml was used.Conclusion It suggests that SFA possesses the antitumor effects on mice both in vivo and in vitro.
