摘要
目的 :研究一种较好的毫米波和阿霉素的联合方法 ,用于白血病细胞的体外净化。方法 :将毫米波和阿霉素分别单独以及联合作用于K56 2细胞株 ,通过MTT测定细胞活力和流式细胞仪结合Annexin V/PI测定细胞的凋亡、坏死率来评价体外净化的效果。结果 :毫米波和阿霉素对细胞活力均表现出抑制作用 ,毫米波的抑制作用不呈现功率相关性 ,阿霉素的抑制程度呈现出浓度相关性 ;毫米波和阿霉素联合作用对K56 2细胞株的杀伤作用比单用阿霉素有显著性增加 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :毫米波和阿霉素联合作用于人白血病K56 2细胞能产生协同效应。
OBJECTIVE To study the method of millimeter wave combined with adriamycin for purging leuk emic cells in vitro. METHODS K562 cell line was treated by millimeter wave and adriamycin alone or by the com bination of both. The inhibiton of cell growth was observed with MTT assay. Flow cytometre and Annexin-V/PI were used to analyse cell apoptosis and necroses. RESULTS Both millimeter wave and adriamycin showed an inhibitory effect on K562 cell. Th e inhibition of K562 cell line treated by millimeter wave and adriamycin was sig nificantly higher than that treated by adriamycin or millimeter wave alone ( P < 0.01 ).Compared with adriamycin alone, the combination of millimeter wave and adriamycin showed a remarkable increase killing effect on K562 cell line ( P < 0.01 ).CONCLUSIONS The combination of millimeter wave and adriamycin showed a synergistic effect on purging leukemic cells in vitro.
