摘要
肝脏的各种生理功能如抗原的认别、病原体的清除、蛋白质的合成及代谢等均需免疫反应的参与,而肝脏的免疫功能受肝脏自身微环境的调节.
1.肝血窦的组成、功能及其特征肝血窦由肝脏的毛细血管组成,其内衬托有肝非实质细胞,包括肝窦内皮细胞(LSEC)、库普弗细胞(KCs)、星形细胞、树突状细胞(DCs)及与肝脏相关的淋巴细胞,并通过Disse间隙与肝细胞相分隔,使肝细胞不能直接与血循环中的白细胞直接接触.
