摘要
间磺酸基偶氮安替比林与Ni(Ⅱ )在pH =4 .0~ 6.0HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中形成 1∶1蓝色络合物 ,λmax=630nm ,ε=5 .4 5× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,Ni(Ⅱ )含量在 0~ 0 .30mg/L符合比耳定律。用于电镀废水中镍的测定 。
Meta-Sulfonic acid azo phenazone and nickel(Ⅱ) can form 1∶1 blue complex compound in the pH=4.0~6.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution.The molor absorptivity is 5.45×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 630 nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the nickel range of 0~0.30 mg/L.The method can be applied to the determination of nickel in the electroplating waste water with satisfactory result.
