摘要
摘要:该文对双色法和单色法两种辐射温度图象检测方法进行了深入的计算比较分析。计算结果表明,尽管假定炉膛内介质的辐射特性是灰性的,但由于在边界通过成像方 式检测到的单色辐射能受到边界反射的影响,沿用灰性物体所遵循的辐射光谱特性进行温度计算的结果会很离奇。即使如此,将双色高温计参考温度测量方向尽量指向系统的最高温度区域,采用单色法检测温度分布曲线还是基本合理的。由于彩色图象处 理器件中能够分配给三原色各自的存储单元有限,而且火焰温度变化范围较宽,三原色信号之间相差悬殊,采用红、绿、蓝三原色信号之间的比值计算温度图象的简化型双色法适用范围受到限制。最后,提出了一种综合双色法和单色法辐射温度图象检测方法各自优点的新方法。
Bichromatic and monochromatic radiativetemperature image monitoring methods have been studied and compared. Calculation results show that, if the gray radiative property is assumed for the medium inside a furnace, theradiative energy received from the boundary of the furnace does not obey the radiative laws such as the Wien抯 law. This iscaused by the reflection of the radiative energy from the wall surface, and may make the temperature profiles/imagesmeasured according to the Wien抯 law could not be accepted. Even so, if the measuring direction of the reference temperature through using a bichromatic pyrometer points closely to thehighest temperature zone, the temperature profiles/imagesmeasured from the monochromatic method are still reasonable. Since the storage elements allotted to every one of the red, green and blue colors are limited, and the range of the flame temperatures is wide, the differences between the single colors are very large, and the simplified bichromatic method has alimited applicability. Finally, a new method is proposed,which takes the advantages of the bichromatic andmono-chromatic methods and avoids their disadvantages.
