摘要
为观察碘盐浓度调整前、后郑州市孕妇群体碘营养状况 ,采集调整前 2 0 0 0年 9～ 10月和调整后 2 0 0 1年 5～ 10月碘盐和孕妇尿样 ,用国家规定的检测方法测定盐碘和尿碘 ,结果显示调整前、后碘盐的合格率均在 95 %以上 ,生产企业和用户两个层次碘盐含碘均数调整后降至 36 .4 4 mg/ kg和 30 .4 5 mg/ kg,下降了 2 4 .34%和 17.75 % ;孕妇尿碘均数及中位数由 378.18μg/ L和 2 95 .87μg/ L回落至 2 89.2 2μg/ L和 2 16 .0 0μg/ L (P<0 .0 1) ,说明郑州市孕妇群体尿碘水平在碘盐浓度调整后仍维持在国家推荐的最佳尿碘值范围内 ,其整体的碘营养状况良好 。
To observe the iodine nutritive status of the pregnant women in Zhengzhou City before and after the adjustment of iodine content in iodized salt, iodized salt samples and urinary samples of pregnant women were collected from Septemper to October ,2000 when the iodized salt had not been adjusted, and from May to October, 2001 when the iodized salt had been adjusted. Both the salt samples and urinary samples were determined for iodine content with national standard methods. The qualification rate of iodized salt was both above 95% before and after the adjustment.The average iodine content of iodized salt from both the manufacturers and the users were reduced to 36.44mg/kg and 30.45mg/kg, respectively, after the adjustment, which means 24.34% and 17.75% reduction, respectively. The average and median of the urinary iodine of pregnant women were reduced from 378.18μg/L and 295.87μg/L to 289.22μg/L and 216.00μg/L, respectively (P<0.01). The urinary iodine level of preganat women in Zhengzhou was still within the national recommended optimum range for urinary iodine after the adjustment of iodized salt.The iodine nutritive status of this group was good and the effect of the adjustment was obvious.However,the number of pregnant women with urinary iodine content less than 100μg/L was significantly increased after adjustment (P<0.01).
