摘要
目的 探讨长春瑞滨加异环磷酰胺方案对Ⅲb Ⅳ期NSCIC的疗效。方法 本研究应用长春瑞滨加异环磷酰胺治疗Ⅲb Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌 37例。结果 取得CR 3例、PR 15例 ,总有效率 4 8.6 % ,初治者有效率 5 0 % ,复治者有效率 4 2 .9% ,主要毒性反应为白细胞减少 ,发生率为 83.6 %。结论 研究表明本方案疗效明确 ,耐受性好。
Objective To study the effect of combination chemotherapy of Navelbine and Ifosfamide in the treatment of stage Ⅲ b \|Ⅳ non\|small cell lung cancer.Methods Thirty\|seven patients with stageⅢ b \|Ⅳ non\|small cell lung cancer were treated with Navelbine and Ifosfamide .Results Complete response in 3 patients and partial response in 15 were observed with an overall response rate of 48.6%. Leukopenia was the most frequent toxicity(83.6%) .Conclusion The study demonstrated that this regimen is effective and safe.
