摘要
针对泵控缸电液伺服系统,用优化方式确定切换函数,用到达条件确定变结构控制律,从实际应用的观点出发,设计了降维观测器,用以观测火炮俯仰速度,再用这种估计的状态构造切换函数,解决变结构控制问题。仿真与试验表明,基于最优化方法设计的滑动模态变结构控制系统,对外部干扰和参数不确定性具有强的鲁棒性,已成功应用于系统复杂、环境复杂和控制性能要求高的火炮电液伺服系统中,大大优于传统的PID控制系统。
Aiming at the pump-controlled cylinder in electro-hydraulic servo system, this paper designs the switching function using the optimal method and Variable Structure Control (VSC) law using reaching condition, and designs observer to obtain pitching speed. The simulation and experiment results show that the VSC control system based on the optimal method is robust to parameters uncertainties and disturbance, it has been successfully applied in the complex and high performance system, the results demonstrate it better than the conventional PID control.
