摘要
以铌酸为催化剂合成了马来酸二正丁酯,在醇/酐摩尔比3:1,催化剂用量3%,回流反应2.5 h条件下,酯收率达97.3%。催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次,且不污染环境,与一些常见的催化剂相比,其优点明显。
Dibutyl maleate was synthesized by using niobic acid as catalyst under the optimum conditions as follows : the molar ratio of n - butanol to maleic anhydride 3.0 :1, the reaction time of reflux 2.5 h, the amount of catalyst 3% (mass ratio) of maleic anhydride. The yield of dibutyl maleate was up to 97 .3% . The catalyst could be used for times without any treatments, and had no pollution to environment. In comparison with some other common catalysts, the niobic acid had obvious advantages.
