摘要
研究了用WatersSep Park C1 8固相萃取小柱萃取测定烟草样品中的挥发酚的方法。用自动水蒸汽蒸馏仪蒸馏出烟草样品中的挥发酚 ,4 氨基安替比林显色 ,显色产物可用WatersSep Park C1 8固相萃取小柱萃取 ,以乙醇洗脱后用分光光度法测定 。
A method for determination of volatile phenol in tobacco by solid phase extraction spectrophotometry was studied. Volatile phenol in tobacco was separated by distillation, and reacted with 4-aminoantipyrinethe. The colored product was determined by spectrotometry after extracted by Waters Sep-Park-C_ 18 column and eluted by ethanol. The method was applied to determination of volatile phenol in tobacco samples with satisfactory results.
