摘要
介绍了中国石油锦西石化分公司在气分装置丙烯精馏塔中应用先进控制技术的情况。采用动态机理建模方法 ,通过通用预测控制策略 ,使丙烯生产质量得到了提高 ,丙烯纯度合格率达 10 0 %,比手动控制时 98.5 %的合格率有较大改善 ,同时丙烯收率提高 0 .5 %,确保了装置操作的平稳性。
The application of advanced control in propylene rectifying tower of gas ends plant in Jinxi Company,China Petroleum Corporation is introduced.By adopting dynamic mechanism modelling and conventional forecasting control strategies,the qualification rate of propylene purity has reached 100% as against 98.5% manually,while the yield of propylene is raised by 0.5 percent point,guaranting smooth operation of the unit.
