摘要
应用左旋咪唑对实验兔创伤愈合的影响进行试验，通过手术用药前后测定体温、体重、红、白细胞总数、T淋巴细胞百分率、植物血凝素（PHA）皮内试验，尤其是一期愈合率和伤口愈合所需时间，结果表明：实验组同对照组比较，愈合所需时间缩短，一期愈合率高；T淋巴细胞百分率，PHA皮试差异显著（P＜0．05）；体重，实验组缓慢上升，而对照组术后第三天才恢复到术前水平，试验表明：左旋咪唑可增强细胞免疫，加快伤口愈合。
A surgical operation often makes the immunological functions of the experimental animals de crease. Levamisolum makes the immunological functions increase.The certain effects were obtained through the inspection of temperature,weight,the total numbers of white celis or erythrocytes,the percentage of T -lymphoid cells and wounded healings of the wounded rabbits after operation.The percentage of T - lymphoid cells sbucutaneous injection experiment of PHA are obvious (P<0.05)or very obvious (P <0.01), compared with those of the contrast.The percentage of T-lymphoid cells in the operation is obvious or very obvious,compared with that before the operation.But the total numbers of white cells and erythrocytes,weight,temperature are not significant (P> 0.05).The findings showed that.Levamisolum makes the immunological function of the experimental rabbits at post-operation increase.
