摘要
给出了自动确定和求解装配中元件尺寸或位置的启发式算法。介绍了参与装配零件的标定方法和装配时匹配关系与装配模型的表达方法 ,讨论了生成方向匹配链和方向约束链的方法 ,根据方向约束链和工程约束列出关于零件尺寸和位置的约束方程组。该方法能使设计者在计算机辅助装配设计时对零件的尺寸和位置进行调节 ,从而使设计者较为全面地考虑装配关系。
This paper presents an effective method for determining the position and dimension of components in assembly design. Firstly, the assembly model, mating relation and the surface characteristic vector of components are discussed. Then, the method of generating Directional Mating Chain (DMC) and Directional Constraint Chain (DCC) are given. According to DCC and engineering constraint, the equations for determining the position and dimension of components are set up. This method can give the allowable values of component dimension and position in automatic modular fixture assembly design.
