摘要
文章论述了一种新的基于传感器信息的切削加工振动预测方法 ,提出了切削状态指数的概念 ,用于描述切削状态 ,利用神经网络规划切削条件与切削状态的非线性关系 。
s:The paper discusses a new method for predicting the cutting vibration on the basis of sensor information. The concept of cutting state index is proposed to present the cutting status. The neural network is used for planning the non-linear relationship between the cutting conditions and the cutting status, thus the changing trend of the cutting vibration in surface cutting is provided.
