摘要
通过对齐鲁石化生产的水泥改性专用丁苯乳胶乳液、中德合资上海高桥巴斯夫分散体有限公司生产的STYROFAN SD 622S乳液聚合物改性水泥砂浆的试验研究,考察了消泡剂、养护条件、水泥品种对聚合物改性水泥砂浆力学性能的影响。试验证明:以上两种聚合物改性水泥砂浆乳液,均对水泥砂浆的性能有所改善。并针对齐鲁石化生产的水泥改性专用丁苯乳胶乳液进行了大量研究,提出了适合该种乳液的消泡剂的种类和最佳掺量,以及应用该种乳液改性水泥砂浆时的最佳乳胶掺量及不同掺量时的最佳养护条件。
Basing on the tests and researches on special purpose cement modified butadiene styrene emulsion produced by Qilushihua and Styrofan SD 622s emulsion polymer modified cement mortar produced by a joint venture - Sino - German Shanghai Gaoqiao BSF Dispersion Co. Ltd., the influence of foam inhibitor, mainte-nance condition, type of cement upon mechanical behavior of polymer modified cemen mortar has been studied. Experiment shows the two polymer modified cement mortar emulsion products mentioned above can improve the behavior of cement mortar. And a lot of researches have been carried out aiming at special purpose cement modified butadiene styrene emulsion produced by Qilushihua. Qasses and the optimal admixture of foam inhibitor suitable for this kind of emulsion,as well as the optimal maintenance conditions for optimal emulsion admixture and variable admixures used for this emulsion modified cement mortar are presented.
