摘要 研究了镁铝碱式碳酸盐阻燃剂([Mg_6Al_2(OH)_(16)CO_3] 4H_2O)的热分析及差示扫描量热法(DSC)吸热值的优化.讨论了不同的铝源(分别以AlCl_3、NaAlO_2为铝源)、不同的镁铝摩尔比对所得镁铝碱式碳酸盐复合阻燃剂的相结构、热分解温度和DSC吸热值的影响.结果表明:原料中铝源的选取对其热分解温度有决定性的影响;在一定范围内,合理的镁铝比可优化DSC吸热值,得到热性能优异的镁铝碱式碳酸盐复合阻燃剂. The optimization of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) endothermic value and thermal analysis of the hydrotalcite flame-retardant agent was investigated. The hydrotalcite flame-retardant agent samples were prepared by precipitation using the one-step reaction method at the atmospheric pressure. The effect of different aluminum resources on the thermal analysis is discussed according to the results of the XRD, TG-DTA, where the aluminum resources are AlCl3 and NaAl2. By properly choosing the aluminum resources, the thermal decomposition range can be controlled; and the DSC endothermic value can be optimized by reasonably choosing mol rate of the magnesium and aluminum. The hydrotalcite flame-retardant agents with proper mol rate of the magnesium and aluminum have excellent thermal properties and high DSC absorb thermal value with rather broad thermal decomposition temperature range.
