摘要
采用 3种自由基生成体系诱导的红细胞膜脂质过氧化为模型 ,研究了灯盏花素 (Bre)对细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的作用。结果表明 ,Bre对黄嘌呤 黄嘌呤氧化酶系统、H2 O2 及UV照射三种方法引起的细胞膜硫代巴比妥酸反应物 (TBARS)生成增加均有抑制作用 ,其作用呈剂量依赖性 ,IC50 分别为 2 1 11、12 77和 33 2 6 μmol/L 。
The effects of breviscapine (Bre) on lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane induced by radicals, derived from three radicals generation systems models in vitro, were investigated. The results showed that Bre dose dependently inhibited the increases of thiobabituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) content in the membrane exposed to xanthine xanthine oxidase system, H 2O 2 or UV light. The IC 50 were 21.11, 12.77 and 33.26μmol/L, respectively. The results suggest that Bre may protect erythrocyte membrane from the lipid peroxidation damage induced by radicals.
