摘要
有关钌的光度测定法曾有些报道,大多灵敏度不高,一般均为溶剂萃取比色法.水相分光光度法,虽然亦有灵敏度较高的方法,但显色反应条件较复杂,且显色时间较长.卟啉作为高灵敏显色剂,愈来愈引起人们的关注,惜其线性范围以及酸度范围均较窄.本文用TPPS<sub>4</sub>测定Ru(Ⅲ),不仅具有很高的灵敏度。
In this paper we have studied the color reaction of Ru(Ⅲ)with meso-tetra-(p-sulphophenyl) porphyriu[TPPS_4]. The complex ofTPPS_4-Ru(Ⅲ) has the absorption peak at 433.1 nm with a molar absorp-tivity of 2.9×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), Reaction is complete in pH5.5~5.9.Beer's law is obeyed within 0.2~1.65 μg/25ml.The composition ratio:TPPS4_4: Ru(Ⅲ)=1:1. This high sensitive method has been applied to thedetermination of trace amounts of Ru(Ⅲ)in synthetic sample.
