摘要
文中提出了一种高分辨率电压与电流的快速数据采集方法。该方法使用专用集成电路与微控制器组成基本测试电路,不仅提高了测量精度而且使其校准和调整更加方便。与双积分式数据采集方法相比,速度提高了三个数量级,与逐次逼近式数据采集方法相比,分辨率也提高了三个数量级且具有部分数值计算功能。
In this paper, a design of high precision voltage and current acquiring is recommended. In this scenario a A SIC and a MCU are used, then the system is more currency and simple. The rate of conversion is faster than the double integral A/D converts and the resolution ratio is higher than the successive approximating A/D converts. At last but not least the ASIC combine some calculating function that make the system simple.
