摘要
目的 探讨次声作用后鼠大脑皮层超微结构的变化及意义 .方法 将 35只 级雄性 SD大鼠随机分为对照组和次声作用 7,14 ,2 1和 2 8d组 5组 ,于 8Hz,130 d B次声环境下 ,每日暴露 1次 ,每次 2 h;取大脑皮层用戊二醛和锇酸固定 ,透射电镜下观察脑超微结构的变化 .结果 次声作用后脑损伤以变性改变为主 ,可见于细胞内外的各种结构 ;早期随作用时间延长损伤逐渐加重 ,后期损伤有一定的恢复 .结论 次声可非特异性地损伤脑的超微结构 ;在相同的频率和声压级水平下 ,次声的损伤作用与次声的作用时间并非呈线性关系 ;
AIM To study the changes and significance of cerebral ultrastructure after infrasound acts on the rats so as to probe into the mechanism of infrasound biologic effects.METHODS Thirty five gradeⅡ male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, 7 day infrasound damage group, 14 day infrasound damage group, 21 day infrasound damage group and 28 day infrasound damage group. The infrasound damage groups were exposed to 8 Hz, 130 dB infrasound for 2 hours once a day. The separated brain was fixed with Glutaraldehyde and Osmic acid. The changes of the cerebral ultrastructure were observed under the electron microscope. RESULTS Degeneration was the main change caused by infrasound in brain. It could be observed in all of structures inside and outside the brain cell. At the early stage, the damage became more and more serious along with the prolonging of the acting time. At the later stage, the damage was alleviated to some degree. CONCLUSION Infrasound can directly damage the cerebral ultrastructure nonspecifically. Under the same frequency and same sound pressure level, the infrasound damage on the brain doesn't show linear correlation with the acting time of infrasound. The cerebral tissues can adapt themselves to infrasound damage.
