摘要 丰山铜矿为一大型矽卡岩铜钼矿床 ,随着生产的发展 ,钼的回收问题日渐突出。为了寻求回收钼的合理工艺流程和药剂制度 ,在分析原矿中钼的含量及物相组成的基础上 ,进行了大量小型试验 ,经分析对比 ,确定了回收钼的工艺流程和加药制度。根据小型试验所确定的流程 ,进行了半工业试验 。 The orebody in Fengshan Copper Mine is a large-scale skarn deposit of copper-molybdenum. As production grows, the recovery of molybdenum poses an increasingly pressing issue. In order to seek a rational flow sheet and an appropriate reagent adding system for molybdenum recovery, numerous small tests have been carried out based on the analysis of the molybdenum content in the out-of-mine ore and the composition mineragraphy. A flow sheet and reagent adding system have been determined for molybdenum recovery based on those small tests. Semi-industrial tests have been carried out with the flow sheet and good technical and economic indices have been obtained.
