摘要
目的 :观察静脉阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 :对 6 1例支原体肺炎患儿静脉阿奇霉素治疗 ,并随机选择同期患儿 42例静脉红霉素治疗作为对照。结果 :治疗组治愈 47例 ,显效 10例 ,有效率 93 4% ;对照组治愈 30例 ,显效 8例 ,有效率90 4% ,两组间无显著差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ;不良反应治疗组 4例 ,发生率 6 5 % ;对照组 2 4例 ,发生率 5 7 1%。经χ2 检验有显著性差别(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎疗效好 ,疗程短 ,胃肠道反应少 ,值得推广使用。
Objective: To observe the effects of intravenous azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia of children Methods:61 Children with mycoplasma pneumonia received therapy of intravenous azithromycin,and 42 children in the same stage with intravenous erythromycin enrolled randomly as control group Results:There were 47 cases completely cured,10 got excellent results in the group who received azithromycin,and the rate of efficacy was 93 4% however 30 cases cured,8 got excellent result and rate of efficacy was 90 4% in the control group,no significant difference showed between the two groups ( P >0 05);side effects happened in 4 cases (6 5%) in the first group,and the cases with side effects were 24 and the rate was 57 1% respectively in the control group A significant difference was also showed in the χ 2 test ( P <0 05) Conclusions:Azithromycin is worth being extended on therapy to mycoplasma pneumonia due to its excellent therapic effects,short course of treatment and small side effects
