摘要
目的 :观察鱼金注射液佐治小儿肺炎的疗效。方法 :将 12 0例患儿随机分为对照组 5 0例与治疗组 70例 ,对照组常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗的同时加鱼金注射液 0 4～ 0 8ml/ (kg·d) ,每日 1次 ,连用 5d。结果 :退热、止咳、肺部罗音消失时间治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :鱼金注射液佐治小儿肺炎疗效良好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect and side-effect of Yujin injection in add-on treatment of infantile pneumonia Methods: 120 Patients with pneumonia were divided randomly into so case of control group was treared with therapy that were anti-infection with penicillin or piperacillin,antitussive with brown mxture,exectprant with carbocistkess patients The treat group was add-on treated whith Yujin injection everyday 0 4～0 8 ml/(kg d) in five days Results:The course of pulmonary moist rale in the treat group was shorteer than that in the control group ( P <0 05) Conclusion: Yujin injection is the effective medicine in add-on treatment of infantile pneumonia
