摘要
新型有机功能纤维的合成,物理化学结构与其性能之间的关系,以及它在抗菌、消臭等医用保 健方面的应用,是一门很具潜在应用前景的研究领域.同时,它也满足了人们在生活水平不断提高下, 对纺织品卫生功能提出的更高要求.本论文分别以聚丙烯腈纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯纤维和天然剑 麻纤维为起始原料,设计合成了一系列不同种类的新型抗菌消臭功能纤维材料,对这些功能纤维材料的 物理化学结构、合成条件的优化,及对不同菌类细菌的抗菌性能,进行了系统的研究.探讨了其反应机 理和抗菌、消臭作用的机理和模式,得到许多有益的数据和结果.
The research of novel organic functional fibers, about the synthesis, the relationship between physicochemical structure and properties and the application in biomedical field, is one of the most potential prospect fields. Moreover, the novel functional fibers meets the increasing healthy needs of people. The present studies include preparation, structure and antibacterial properties of a few kinds of novel antibacterial and deodorizing functional fibers, which were firstly prepared with kinds of fiber, PAN, PVA, PP and SF (sisal fiber), and simple chemical method. In this thesis, their physicochemical structure was characterized; the synthetic conditions and antibacterial activities were studied systematically. On the above basis, the reaction mechanism and the antibacterial mechanism and mode were discussed. Some beneficial data and results have been obtained, which have great importance in academic and practical applications.
