摘要
从串联与并联的角度 ,对不同联接方式下的空分膜组件的使用效果进行了比较 .在试验数据分析的基础上 ,发现复合型空分膜组件的使用效果跟其联接方式有关 ,在产氮纯度较高时 ,串联的效果明显优于并联的 ,但对于均质型空分膜则不成立 ;同时要求在采用串联时 ,须综合考虑温降和压降的影响 .
Applying results of different connection styles of a ir- separating memb rane modules were compared according to series and parallel connection. On the b asis of analysis of experimental data, it was found that the function of composi te air-separating membrane modules has relations with their connection styles, a nd that at high purity of nitrogen, the function of series connection had more obvious a dvantages than that of parallel connection, but not for homogeneous membrane mod u les. Meanwhile it was required that the effect of temperature and pressure diffe rences on module function should be considered if necessary to introduce series connection.
