摘要
扼要介绍了高速 CMOS集成电路中多路模拟开关 /多路分配器的组成和原理。探讨了在工程化设计中应用多路模拟开关 /多路分配器需注意的实际问题。
In this paper, the compouents and principles on the analog multiplexer/demultiplexer of highspeed CMOS integrated circuits are Presented, and the practical problems to which attention should be paid when using the analog multiplexer/demultiplexer in engineering design are also discussed.
