摘要
采用梯度 -牛顿联合法对直齿圆柱齿轮传动进行了弹流润滑数值分析 ,得出了沿齿廓各啮合点的弹流压力分布及最小油膜厚度 。
Applying the combination of Newton iteration with gradient method, this paper analyzed numerically the elastohydrodynamic lubrication in the spur cylinder gear transmission, and computed the EHL pressure distribution and the minimum film thickness along gear meshing line. The result can provide a theoretical base for the tribology design of gearing transmission.
