摘要
通过对研制实践的总结,阐述了用于固体钽电解电容器导电浆中银粉对浆料性能的影响,对试验数据进行了分析和讨论。确定了用于导电浆中的最佳银粉性能指标。根据使用要求进行最佳的银粉颗粒搭配,使导电浆的各项性能指标达到最优化,满足钽电解电容器的使用要求。
The effect of the selected silver powder on the properties of the conductive paste for solid electrolyte tantalum capacitors is discussed baste on the R&D experiments results. The optimum parameters of the silver power were determined. The best silver powder grain size distribution was adopted according to the practical requirements; therefore the requirements of the capacitors were satisfied.
