摘要
本文采用试验优化技术中的均匀设计方法 ,实施了影响凹坑非光滑表面耐磨性的多因素复杂试验。通过用统计分析软件SPSS(StatisticalPackagefortheSocialSicence)处理试验数据 ,得出了激光处理仿生非光滑凹坑表面耐磨的多因素回归方程 ,发现速度、负荷、时间的凹坑圆周方向的距离对耐磨性有显著影响 。
In this paper,the tested samples with concave nonsmoothed topography of 45# steel were manunfactured by means of laser texture technique.The tested scheme was designed by using the uniform distributuion method.The mult factors complex experiments(U 6(6 6))are carried out.Investigation about the topographical features and tribology properties was conducted on MM200 friction and wear tester.The linear empirical model of many factors is established with SPSS softw are in computer,which is about the wear resistance of concave nonsmoothed surface.The model indicted that the influence of time、load、speed and distance can be computed in detail.
