摘要
以TiCl4和NH3 ·H2 O为原料 ,采用沉淀法制备TiO2 纳米粉体 ,利用XRD、TEM、DTA等分析测试手段对所得TiO2 粉体的晶相组成、粒径分布等性质进行了研究 ,发现微波处理 10min后 ,在 70 0℃加热 30min即可得到平均粒径小于35nm的TiO2
Titania nano-powder is prepared by treatment of mixed solution of TiCl 4 and NH 3·H 2O. The crystal phase , grain size and morphology of the prepared powder are studied by XRD,TEM and DTA techniques.The prepared TiO 2 powder is titania and littler than 35nm in diameter under the conditions of the TiCl 4 solution 0.3mol/L ,pH value 7,dried by microwave for 10min and sintered at 700℃ for 30min.
