摘要 目的:建立慢性心肌梗塞大鼠实验模型。方法:大鼠用氯胺酮、戊巴比妥钠、阿托品和利多卡因复合麻醉,Wistar气管切开插管,经左胸第、肋间钝性分离开胸,结扎左冠状动脉前降支。 34结果:本法术后内大鼠死亡率仅为;存72h6.67%活周以上大鼠可达。378.1%结论:本技术操作简单、创伤轻、成功率高、结果可靠。 Objective: To make animal model of chronic myocardial infarction in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were anaesthetized with ketamine, sodium phenobarbital, atropine and lidocaine. Tracheotomy intubation and left anterior thoracotomy through 3,4 intercostal region were performed. Left anterior`descending coronary artery was ligated. Results: Rat mortality was 6.67% in 72 hours after operation. The survival rate was 78.1% beyond 3 weeks. Conclusion: This showed that the operation procedure was easy to perform with slight damage and high survival rate.
