摘要
偏苯三酸酐是有机合成工业的基本原料,可用于生产偏苯三酸酯类增塑剂、粉末涂料、绝缘漆、涂料和环氧树脂固化剂,主要有硝酸氧化法、液相空气氧化法和间二甲苯法3种制备方法,国内外生产工艺的主要差别是生产设备条件及连续化程度不同,及由此而决定的原料消耗、产品质量有差异。世界90%的偏酐用于生产偏苯三酸酯类增塑剂和粉末涂料,1999年在该领域的消费量约为7.4万t。我国偏酐的生产能力已达到1.5万t/a,2000年的生产量为4650t,消费量7250t,设备开工运行率仅为31%。在技术和设备问题没有解决以前,作者建议切不可再盲目扩建能力,如果要新建装置的话,要综合考虑工艺技术和设备、原料来源和世界市场环境等。
Trimellitic anhydride (TMA) is a basic raw material in the industry of organic synthesis, being used in production of trimellitate plasticzer, power coating, insulating varnish, coating and epoxy resin hardener. There are 3 main kinds of TMA preparation method including nitric acid oxidation process, liquid-phase air-oxidation process and m-xylene process. Comparing the production process in China and abroad, the difference is in the production equipment and continuous production grade, which, in turn, lead to different material consumption and product quality. About 90% of the world TMA output was used in production of trimellitate plasticzer and power coating with a consumption of about 74000t in 1999. In China, the TMA production capacity has already reached 15000 t/a; the throughout was 4650t and the consumption 7250t in 2000, with an equipment run rate of only 31% . The author suggests that enlarging the TMA capacity is to be prohibited unless the problems in technology and equipment have properly been settled. If a new set is needed to be built, the technology, equipment, supply of raw material and the world market should be comprehensively considered.
