摘要
选取 2 4 3只 1日龄的乌骨鸡 ,随机分成 3组 (A ,B ,C) ,每组设 3个重复 ,每个重复 2 7只。A组为对照组 ,添加 5 0mg/kg土霉素和 90mg/kg阿散酸 ,B ,C组为试验组 ,分别添加 1%中草药添加剂Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,以研究中草药添加剂对乌骨鸡免疫机能和物质代谢的影响。结果表明 :A ,B ,C 3组免疫器官 (法氏囊、脾脏、胸腺 )的相对重和新城疫血凝抑制试验抗体效价的差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。与A组相比 ,C组的表观氮存留率、干物质消化率和有机物消化率分别降低了 8.81% (P <0 .0 1) ,2 .5 1% (P <0 .0 1) ,1.77% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但A ,B组间差异极不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。这说明 ,中草药添加剂Ⅰ优于中草药添加剂Ⅱ 。
three-day-old black bone chicks were randomly divided into three groups (A,B,C), with three replicates each group and 27 chicks each replicate. Group A was the control, receiving 50 mg/kg terramycin and 90 mg/kg ansanilic acid. While groups B and C were test groups, receiving 1% of Chinese herb feed additives made as per recipes No. I and No. II. The test was carried out to study the effects of Chinese herb feed additives on the immune function and metabolism of black bone chicks. The results showed that the difference wasn't significant in the relative weight of immune organs (fabricius bursa,spleen and thymas) and ND-HI antibody valence among the three groups ( P >0.05). Compared with that of group A, the rate of apparent nitrogen reserve, digestibility of dry matters and digestibility of organic matters of group C decreased by 8.81% ( P < 0.01 ), 92.51% ( P <0.01) and 1.77% ( P <0.05) respectively; but the difference wasn't significant between groups A and B. These indicated that the Chinese herb feed additive of recipe No.I was better than that of No.II, and it could replace antibiotics in raising black bone chicks.
